My recent experience and education comprise of AI Learning & Course Development, Learning & Development Program Management, along with a B.A. in business from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
Combining a diverse design skill set that blends AI-powered design tools & technologies, e-learning authoring, multimedia design, and instructional design with extensive Project and Program Management experience, I bring a holistic approach to creating innovative and effective learning solutions.
Prior to working as an independent AI and Learning Design consultant, I recently managed large-scale training programs at Anthem / Beacon Health Options for eight years, focusing on provider and partner onboarding, annual renewal, and one-on-one tele-therapy training. Furthermore, this role included designing innovative technology and data-driven solutions that streamlined processes and improved learning outcomes.
Earlier in my career, I managed web-based software development projects and teams, directed Business-Systems Analysis teams, and designed and delivered training in the financial services industry.
